DIG TAX LTD · UPDATED 19 OCTOBER 2026
Your details, treated with care.
This notice explains how DIG TAX Ltd uses information collected through this website’s enquiry form. Our business contact address is Department Campfield, Lower Byrom Street, Manchester M3 4FP. You can contact us at info@digtax.co.uk or 0161 791 4565.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional phone number and business name, business type, sector, postcode or town, VAT status, team size, services of interest, preferred contact method, timing and any message or sales-platform details you add. The website also records a reference and submission time.
Please do not enter passwords, bank details, identity documents or tax reference numbers. We will discuss an appropriate way to exchange any sensitive documents if we work together.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand your needs, respond to your enquiry and discuss potential accounting services. This processing is needed to take steps at your request before a possible contract. We also protect the form against misuse using a temporary security cookie, a signed form token and a coded identifier derived from the connection’s IP address. This security processing supports our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
The form does not sign you up for marketing. Sending an enquiry does not book an appointment or establish an accountant-client relationship.
Who can access it
Your enquiry is stored in a private business inbox for review by the DIG TAX website owner. Website hosting and database services are provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. These providers process information to operate and secure the website and may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements.
If you subsequently become a client, we will explain any additional use of your information and the arrangements for delivering your services during onboarding.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details while dealing with your request and for any necessary follow-up or business-record purposes. You can contact us to ask about retention or to request deletion. Separate retention requirements may apply if you become a client.
Cookies and external content
The enquiry form sets a necessary security cookie that expires after two hours. The private staff inbox uses the hosting platform’s sign-in functionality. We have not added advertising analytics or marketing cookies. Website fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, and links to maps or email services open those providers when you choose them.
Your choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information; ask us to restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or request a portable copy. Contact info@digtax.co.uk so we can consider your request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
