Can I switch from my current accountant?
Yes. We can talk through your current setup and agree the handover information needed from your existing accountant. We’ll confirm the process and responsibilities with you before work starts.
Do I need to be based in Manchester?
No. Our Manchester base is convenient for local businesses, but we can also work with you online and by phone. Meetings at Campfield can be arranged in advance.
How much will it cost?
Fees depend on your business, the condition and volume of your records, and the support you need. We’ll discuss this and agree the scope and fees before any work begins.
What should I have ready for the first conversation?
Your business type, the services you’re interested in and any upcoming deadlines are enough to start. We’ll then explain which records we need. Please don’t send passwords, bank details or identity documents through the enquiry form.
Can you help with delivery and online marketplace sales?
Yes. We can help reconcile platform reports against sales, fees, expenses and bank receipts. Tell us which platforms you use in the enquiry form so we can discuss the right approach.
